On July 10, 2017, at the Fairmont Hotel in Kiev, the event «Architecture and Design: What is Additional Value?» was held. Among the speakers are inspirational larg and successful companies, leaders of the construction segment, who shared their experience in implementing successful projects in the housing segment.

Andrii Vyshnevskyi considered the concept as a starting point and told about the components of the architectural concept that affect sales. Architecture is only 5% of the cost of construction, but  gives  bigger value.

Andrii Vavrysh, Riverside Development, addressed the issues of redevelopment of existing industrial zones as the only healthy scenario for the development of the real estate market. Artur Mkhitarian, Taryan Group, knows everything about a comfortable way of life, and today people want to buy not square meters, but a lifestyle, which confirms the success of his projects.
Summing up, it is safe to say that the real estate market is developing, both by developers, and by architects,  the appearance of our cities is changing and becoming more conscious.
