The project was developed using BIM technologies, which made it possible, already at the design stage, to comprehensively develop the architectural, structural, and engineering solutions, as well as to take into account the technological requirements for the storage of food products.

Silo facilities of this type require particular precision in design solutions – from the geometry of structures and load calculations to the organisation of engineering systems that ensure a stable microclimate and safe operation. The BIM model became a key tool for coordinating project sections and helped form a holistic view of the facility even before implementation began.

For our team, this project is an example of a systematic engineering approach to complex industrial facilities and another completed stage in our work on infrastructure solutions for the food industry.

Facade works are at the final stage: window systems have been installed throughout the building, and the external appearance of the complex has been almost fully formed. Works on the installation of external engineering networks are nearing completion, and comprehensive landscaping works on the site have commenced.

Formwork for the vertical elements of the fourth floor of Section 2 is currently being assembled, and formwork for casting the slab above the third floor of Sections 3 and 4 has already been installed.

All works are being carried out in full compliance with the design documentation developed by the COMFORTBUD Design Institute, with strict adherence to the technological sequence and continuous quality control.

The COMFORTBUD Design Institute has been successfully developing such design solutions for the sugar industry for over a decade. One of our recent projects is a silo-type bulk sugar storage facility with a capacity of 39,000 tonnes for Shepetivkatsukor LLC (Khmelnytskyi Region), part of the A’SPIK Group.

The COMFORTBUD team carried out a full cycle of design works – from concept development to working documentation – ensuring the technological integration of the storage facility into the plant’s existing production capacities.

The project was developed in cooperation with the Polish company CHEMADEXPRO, which specialises in technological solutions for ventilation, aspiration, air conditioning, and dust removal systems for this type of facility.

The architectural and structural design provides for a cylindrical monolithic reinforced concrete structure, 38 m in diameter and 60 m in height, an operational tower, and all necessary technical premises.

The project was implemented in a BIM environment, which enabled precise coordination of architectural, structural, and engineering solutions, eliminating clashes and ensuring a high-quality project implementation process. For our team, this project is another example of how combining practical experience with modern design technologies allows us to create reliable and efficient technical solutions.

The architectural concept of Provesin is based on the principles of functionality, aesthetic expression, and harmony with the surrounding environment. Sections of varying height – from four to nine storeys – form a dynamic architectural ensemble with clear compositional logic and carefully considered spatial connections. Light facades, large windows, open balconies, and minimalist volumes convey a sense of lightness and openness, while natural finishing materials emphasise the contemporary character of the complex.

The project structure includes an underground car park, a shelter, and commercial premises on the ground floors, providing convenience for residents while integrating the development into the city’s urban fabric. The inner courtyard is designed as a calm, green area with children’s and sports playgrounds, recreation zones, and pedestrian alleys.

Special attention has also been given to engineering solutions and energy efficiency. The Provesin Residential Complex is yet another example of COMFORTBUD’s comprehensive approach to residential design, where every decision, at every stage of the process, from architectural concept to working documentation, serves the main goal: to create architecture that functions efficiently, looks contemporary, and provides practical comfort for its residents.

The concept of “FAYNIY” represents a vision of residential space for the new generation – combining comfort, environmental sustainability, and a harmonious interaction with the natural environment. Across an area of more than 18 hectares, the project envisions mixed-use development: two-storey duplexes, medium-rise sectional residential buildings (4-5 storeys), as well as public facilities – a kindergarten, hotel, shopping and entertainment centre, and an administrative building.

The main idea of the project is to create a comfortable living environment free from traffic, safe for residents, with green alleys and a large public park featuring an artificial pond at its centre. The architectural style of the complex is based on European urban planning principles – human-scale proportions and a balance between private and public space. The underground car parks are designed as dual-purpose facilities, equipped with all the necessary shelter functions in accordance with modern safety requirements.
