The COMFORTBUD Design Institute served as the general designer of this project, which brings together residential and commercial functions within a single modern space. The lower floors of the buildings are designated for offices, retail, leisure and service facilities, while the upper floors are allocated to apartments and an aparthotel.
Five sections of varying heights, comprising apartments, residential units, offices, retail and recreational spaces – this is the concept of the new PRAUD select multifunctional complex at 15 Kleparivska Street in Lviv.
Key characteristics:
- • 5 sections ranging from 3 to 8 storeys;
• turnkey apartments and residential units;
• office and commercial premises;
• two-level underground car park for 97 vehicles.
One of the main challenges of the project was its location: the site is situated within the historic area of Lviv and features a complex terrain with a height difference of more than 12 metres. This required unconventional structural and planning solutions, which the COMFORTBUD team successfully implemented.
The complex is distinguished by its contemporary architecture, high-quality facade and interior materials, as well as compliance with international standards of energy efficiency and safety. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2025. The new complex will become a valuable addition to Lviv’s architectural panorama and another example of COMFORTBUD’s expertise in the implementation of large-scale and technically challenging projects.
