On a site near Lviv, the active implementation phase of one of Meest Group’s largest projects in Ukraine – a new logistics complex in the village of Krotoshyn, Lviv Region – is now in progress. The reinforced concrete frame of the main building, which will form the heart of the new hub for automated parcel processing, has been completed. In parallel, work is ongoing on the “zero-cycle” stage of the office section – a modern, technological four-storey building. The basement level will include a shelter for 300 people, designed in accordance with current safety standards and requirements.

At every stage of implementation, there is systematic coordination and continuous interaction between the client, the general contractor, and the general designer – the COMFORTBUD Design Institute. Well-coordinated teamwork enables prompt technical decision-making and helps maintain a high pace of construction. For us, this project is yet another example of a modern industrial facility where architecture, functionality, and safety come together to shape a new-generation logistics complex.
