Facade works are at the final stage: window systems have been installed throughout the building, and the external appearance of the complex has been almost fully formed. Works on the installation of external engineering networks are nearing completion, and comprehensive landscaping works on the site have commenced.

The project involves the reconstruction and expansion of the existing non-residential buildings with the addition of a 17-storey building with an underground level. The structure will include turnkey apartments, office spaces, as well as public and commercial areas. The building will feature cafes, a lobby bar, conference facilities (with halls of various formats), comfortable Wi-Fi lounge areas, gyms and fitness studios, a party room, service points, a dry cleaner’s, and modern entrance lobbies.

 The building will also be equipped with a multi-level security system (electronic keys, video surveillance). The extended concierge service will include property management, maintenance, and repairs. For the convenience of residents and visitors, an underground garage for 45 parking spaces has been designed.The new complex will become part of Lviv’s modern infrastructure, combining comfort for residents, efficiency for business, and contemporary architectural solutions.
