]]> For over twenty years, the COMFORTBUD Design Institute has been creating infrastructure that works successfully: industrial complexes, logistics hubs, residential and public facilities, and recreational projects. We operate in a full-cycle mode – from idea, concept, and feasibility study to working documentation and architectural supervision during construction, all the way to the commissioning of the facility – treating every project as an investment in long-term operation, comfort, and safety.

]]> COMFORTBUD LLC acted as the general designer for the dry mortar plant of the international Saint-Gobain Group. The facility, with an annual capacity of 60,000 tonnes, has already been built and has been operating successfully for about a year, supplying high-quality products to the market.

As part of the project, our specialists designed all the necessary infrastructure to support the facility’s operation: production and administrative buildings, warehouses for finished products and raw materials, all internal and external engineering networks, a transformer substation, and a comprehensive fire safety system.

 

One of the key challenges was aligning Saint-Gobain’s international standards with current Ukrainian design regulations. The completed facility is a showcase of modern industrial construction in Ukraine and COMFORTBUD’s expertise in successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects.

We are confident that such projects are setting new benchmarks for industrial construction in Ukraine.
