Formwork for the vertical elements of the fourth floor of Section 2 is currently being assembled, and formwork for casting the slab above the third floor of Sections 3 and 4 has already been installed.

All works are being carried out in full compliance with the design documentation developed by the COMFORTBUD Design Institute, with strict adherence to the technological sequence and continuous quality control.

HILL SIDE is taking shape as a modern, well-designed residential complex in the suburbs of Lviv. For our team, this is another successful project where a comprehensive design approach is combined with ongoing support on the construction site.

The design documentation and its expert review have already been completed, and the client has obtained a construction permit. Construction works on the site are actively in progress. The monolithic frame is currently being erected: the slab above the underground car park has been completed in all three sections, the vertical structures of the first floor of Section 2 have been finished, and waterproofing of the foundations and underground structures has been carried out. In Sections 3 and 4, formwork installation for vertical elements continues.

The residential complex at 16 Berezhanska Street will become an example of a modern approach to suburban housing construction near Lviv. For COMFORTBUD, this is another successful project that combines practical design solutions with a comprehensive approach – from concept development to working documentation and construction supervision.
