As of today, interior finishing works are actively underway on the site, covering floors 5 to 13. Plumbing works are being carried out, and floor finishes, tiling, and wall finishes are in progress. In parallel, the main general construction works on the lower floors – including masonry and plastering of walls and partitions – have been completed.
Facade works are at the final stage: window systems have been installed throughout the building, and the external appearance of the complex has been almost fully formed. Works on the installation of external engineering networks are nearing completion, and comprehensive landscaping works on the site have commenced.
