In the process of working on the technological concept of the future food processing factory certified specialists of COMFORTBUD Design Institute consider the requirements of the Technical Specification ISO/TS 22002-1, which detail standard ISO 22000:2018 and relate to:

-space planning, including work areas and living quarters;

-building design and utilities systems;

-the air, electricity and other energy supplies;

-contributing services, including waste and wastewater disposal systems;

– selection of process equipment and its availability for cleaning, maintenance and preventive maintenance;

– management of purchased materials and raw materials;

– preventing cross-contamination;

– cleaning and sanitation, pest control;

– personal hygiene.

This standard also applies to additional aspects of production activities:

-product processing procedures;

-product recall procedures;

– procedures for product storage in warehouses;

-procedures for traceability of raw materials and products and consumer awareness of products;

– procedures for product protection, bioterrorism prevention and bio-warning.
