Construction of the hotel complex in the village Oleksandrivka, Zhytomyr region, a project designed by the “Comfortbud” Design Institute is in full swing.
Soon the hotel complex with autonomous boiler house will turn into an unforgettable place for holidays. It will include a restaurant, VIP suites and Winery. In addition, the complex will be guaranteed original appearance – part of the reconstruction of existing buildings mill.
At this stage, civil works are performed in the hotel building and restaurant building complex with VIP suites.
Drainage is made under the hotel building. According to the project the works on the device foundation are on the progress. Basement is on the process of covering.
In restaurant zone – foundations are set and overlap is made over the technical facilities.
