Recently, the final and solemn awarding ceremony of the winners of the Third All-Ukrainian Contest «Facade of the Year 2017» from «Baumit Ukraine» was held in Kyiv.
The identification of the best construction objects of Ukraine in the version of «Baumit» is held every two years. For us, this competition truly has become a real professional holiday.
Criteria to select objects for participation:
– the object must be completed within 2015-2016;
– the facade of the building should be constructed using «Baumit» materials;
– the object must belong to one of the three categories of buildings introduced in the competition.
The competition provided 3 nominations:
– high-rise multi-apartment house;
– administrative building and building of social and cultural destination;
– a private dwelling house.
Our project is an office-residential building on the Lysenko Street in Lviv, which has won in the nomination «Administrative building and social and cultural building».

The winners of the competition received a travel certificate and an opportunity to make a trip «The Holiday of Your Life» to any of «Baumit’s» countries. The objects considered as the best ones will be able to take part in the Baumit Life Challenge 66 — international architectural competition, where the construction objects from 30 countries will compete and the final will be held in Bratislava in June 2018.
