2021
Our Kyiv design office has been separated into a separate company – “ARСOINTR” LLC.
We have become the general designer of LYST – Lviv sorting terminal for “UKRPOSHTA”, the total land plot area is 8 ha.
We have started cooperation with the American company AMSTAR on the design of the first logistics complex in Ukraine, which will be certified in accordance with the requirements of “green construction” according to the “BREEAM” standard.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 17 new objects.
2020
According to our project, preparatory work has begun for the construction of a mechanical and biological complex for reloading and processing of solid waste in Lviv.
The development of project documentation for the administrative building for the Clementii Sheptytsky Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life in Lviv has been completed that is one of the largest open-air museums in Europe.
Kyiv design office together with technologists from the Polish company WaWaTech and specialists from the Ukrainian company Biotechprom Ltd. is working on the project of local treatment facilities for the company Wimm-Bill-Dann Ukraine. It is a technologically complex object of the full cycle of treatment of industrial effluents, which involves the generation of biogas from dairy waste.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 35 objects.
2019
We moved to our own new office, designed by the company’s specialists.
The design of the first waste recycling centre in Ukraine with the technology of mechanical and biological processing and sorting of solid household waste has been completed.
The construction of more than 10 objects has been completed and the construction of more than 15 facilities is underway according to our projects.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 51 objects, 10 of them are through the Kyiv regional office.
2018
The residential complex Panska Vertikal designed by us became the winner of the 18th international Crystal Brick competition in the nomination for the best residential and commercial building.
A concept has been developed for the postal and logistics center of UKRPOSHTA private joint stock company, and its construction is planned in the village of Pasiky-Zubrytski, Pustomyty district, Lviv region.
According to our projects, the 5-6 phases of the logistics complex FM Logistic in Boryspil district of Kyiv region, one of the leading logistics operators in Europe and Asia, are under construction.
We won the open tender for the design of the first waste recycling centre in Ukraine with the technology of mechanical and biological processing and sorting of solid waste, its construction is planned on Plastova str. in Lviv in 2020-2022 with the involvement of EBRD funds.
An ID Consult direction was created, which provides consulting services in the field of real estate at all stages of the project.
A new direction under the brand name ARCOINTR was created, whose task is to participate in international architectural competitions and promote architectural concepts abroad.
About 60 objects of various purposes all over Ukraine have been designed.
2017
Our project of an office and residential building on Lysenko str. in Lviv won the nomination for Administrative building and building with social and cultural purpose in the Facade of 2017 competition from Baumit company.
We won the competition for the promotion of Lviv entrepreneurship called Face of the City 2017 in the Architectural Lviv nomination.
We were included in the shortlist of the award as Best Design Company of the Year according to the III Annual Eastern Europe Real Estate Forum and Project Awards 2017.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 74 objects of various purposes throughout Ukraine.
2016
We were included in the shortlist of the award as Best Design Company of the Year of the annual Forum and the Real Estate Award URE Club and EuropaProperty.com
We use BIM technology in the design of objects.
We started cooperation with 18 new companies and signed contracts for the design of 57 objects of various purposes and complexity throughout Ukraine.
2015
Our project of cottages on Barvinskykh str. in Lviv won the all-Ukrainian competition Facade of the Year 2015 from Baumit company.
Since 2006, we have successfully implemented more than 225 projects for the Fozzy Group throughout Ukraine, including about 20 new SILPO supermarket projects in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa and Lviv for the current year.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 54 objects of various purposes and complexity throughout Ukraine.
2014
The company’s regional office was opened in Kyiv.
An award in the international competition Trencin – City on River 2014 (Slovakia) was received.
The car cover factory designed by us at Bader Ukraine in Gorodok won the third place in the competition for the best buildings and structures from the Ministry of Construction of Ukraine.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 56 objects of various purposes throughout Ukraine.
2013
The shopping center VAM in Lviv created by our project took the second place in the category of Leisure and recreation facilities in the annual competition by the Ministry of Regional Development called The best houses and buildings built and put into operation in Ukraine in 2012.
We received the title of Face of Lviv 2013 in the Architectural Lviv nomination.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 53 objects of various purposes throughout Ukraine.
2012
We rebranded the company and moved to a new office.
The construction and engineering company Denova was founded, we began general contracting activities in construction.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 72 objects.
2011
3D design technologies were introduced.
We began to provide a new service, namely the design of metal structures in a specialized software package BOCAD (metal structures, metal detailing structures).
The construction of the Lviv Center for Vocational Education of the State Employment Service, designed by our company by the technology of passive house with the use of alternative energy sources, has begun.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 59 objects.
2010
We won the tender for the design of the Lviv Center for Vocational Education of the State Employment Service with a total area of 18,600 m2.
We won the tender for the design of the second phase of construction of the sanatorium and health complex Prykarpattya of the National Bank of Ukraine in Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk region with a total area of 15,000 m2.
We received a license from the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine for the right to carry out project activities, provide engineering services and perform the functions of a general contractor in construction.
Our 3D service department has become a separate studio, known as Ginko Visuals.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 35 objects.
2009
A quality management system was implemented in accordance with the requirements of the standard EN ISO 9001: 2008 and we received the international certificate TÜV SÜD.
We won the annual all-Ukrainian competition Creativity + Quality from TPK company in the nomination for Best Shopping Complex.
Contracts have been signed for the design of the 51st object.
2008
Work has begun on the project of the largest shopping mall in Western Ukraine, known as King Cross Leopolis in Lviv.
The direction of 3D visualization and design was created.
We won the annual all-Ukrainian competition Creativity + Quality from TPK company in the nomination for Best promising project.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 32 objects.
2007
A group for the design of fire protection systems and communication and signaling systems was created and a license AB №319543 by the State Department of Fire Safety of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine was received for the design of fire protection systems.
Contracts have been signed for the design of 39 objects.
2006
March 1, 2006 is the date of foundation of LLC of COMFORTBUD Design Institute.
A license from the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine was received for the right to carry out project activities.
We have started an active cooperation with the Fozzy Group.
