In 2016, our specialists created a project for the reconstruction of an office and hotel complex in Lutsk, Krivij Val St. 39.
The building process is completed and since now, modern and cozy hotel of premium class Noble Boutique Hotel will delight citizens and guests of the city. The Boutique Hotel is located in a cozy central part of the city.
Each of the 35 rooms has a unique design. Rooms are located on seven floors. It will be convenient for guests to get to them by elevator or stairs.
The project provides a separate practical entrance and a comfortable double room with ramps for disabled people, considering individual needs.
Noble Boutique Hotel has its own parking area, courtyard and restaurant – Noble Restaurant.
On the 5th floor conference room for 12 people is situated.
