Author’s supervision (architectural supervision) is a key stage of project implementation, ensuring that construction fully complies with all architectural and engineering solutions set out in the design.

Once the design stage is complete, the team of the COMFORTBUD Design Institute continues to support the facility during construction, monitoring that all works are carried out in accordance with the developed design documentation. As part of author’s supervision, our specialists verify that construction works correspond to the drawings, technical solutions, and materials specified in the design, respond promptly to technical queries, and, where necessary, adjust design solutions without compromising quality or functionality.

This approach helps prevent deviations from the design, minimises the risk of construction errors, and preserves the integrity of the facility’s architectural concept. For the client, this provides confidence that the facility is being constructed in full accordance with the design – both in terms of technical parameters and the quality of the final result.

Author’s supervision should not be confused with technical supervision: author’s supervision ensures compliance with the design solutions, while technical supervision is responsible for workmanship quality and compliance with construction regulations on site.
