High competition and the constant growth of consumer demand for quality meat products pushes representatives of this business to a new, qualitatively different level of production and market expansion.
Striving to create a modern meat-processing enterprise, the Institute of Designing “COMFORTBUD” was addressed by the customer with the task to create the project.
Construction of the complex, which will consist of buildings of different purposes, is planned in Zhovkivsky district of Lviv region. Its basis – a production building, divided into functional zones, which will take place direct production of meat products and a variety of semi-finished products. According to the design solutions, there will be production shops, pickling rooms, cold rooms for cooling meat and finished products. The enterprise will be equipped with the latest certified technological and engineering equipment.
Important for the operation of the enterprise are specially equipped areas for receiving raw materials and shipment of finished products. The project also envisages a final stage of production – packaging of finished products and preparation for expedition. Planned by the project and the built in administrative and amenity rooms: administrative offices, a room for meals, dressing rooms, showers and bathrooms for staff. A service and technical premises will help to ensure the functioning of the entire enterprise.
The frame of the building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete and metal. Sandwich panels will also be irreplaceable: they will be used for the construction of the outer walls, partitions, and the roof.
To be competitive in its environment, modern production should not only be technologically advanced and flexible to modernization or expansion, but also to obtain the relevant certificates of product safety HACCP. Implementation of safety systems, obtaining operational permits and certification of the plant is the responsibility of our partner Ivan Hiletsky, in close cooperation with which the Design Institute “COMFORTBUD” continues to work on the project, providing technological solutions that will meet these requirements.
