The project of “The Bank of the Dnieper” residential complex became a pilot for a division of the “Comfortbud” Design Institute in Kyiv. A key challenge was to bring the best designers, architects, engineers and constructors together, as the customer sought to completely change the approach to the work on the draft and get high quality solutions from a team of experts.
Specialists have begun to work on the design of a 28-story multifunctional complex as part of a full-fledged unit. The client’s desire to create a comfortable residential area with high quality infrastructure and panoramic views of the Dnieper has grown into a workflow, and it is still under way. “The Bank of the Dnieper” is currently one of the largest projects of the unit.
Comfortbud engineers and designers began their work in a responsible manner. They amend the project developed by previous contractors, and offer their own improved solutions at the customer’s request. The team makes the necessary adjustments, adds new facilities and works on working documents to ensure an efficient and smooth construction process. Construction work on “The Bank of the Dnieper” residential complex continues under our author’s supervision.
