In 2018, COMFORTBUD Design Institute began pre-design work for the reconstruction with the addition of a multifunctional building on Lypynskoho Street in Lviv by order of the “Ecopolis” group of companies. After receiving urban planning conditions and restrictions, the company specialists have executed the drawings of the “PROJECT WORKS” and “WORKING DOCUMENTATION” stages.
In accordance with the design decisions the existing buildings which have not been exploited for a long time will be dismantled. In their place to build a modern multifunctional building. For the visual perception, the architects used clear forms, because it was important to achieve a combination of styles of the new building with the existing administration building. The structural base was a monolithic frame with reinforced concrete pylons.
On the 1st floor, there will be commercial premises for the needs of the future residents and the employees of the offices (cafeteria, store, dry cleaning, etc). On the 2nd and 3rd floors will be office space and co-working space. From 4th floor to 15th floor – apartment type housing, this is sold with ready designer renovation, furniture, and all the necessary installations (turnkey). Most apartments have spacious open loggias. On the 15th floor, there are two-level suites with a mezzanine, different light, and panoramic windows with stunning views of the surroundings of Lviv.
In September 2021 the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine issued the permit for the construction of this object. The construction works have started, our specialists provide the author’s supervision.
